The 1909 Rider-Waite-Smith cards drawn by Pamela Colman Smith, the Tarot de Marseille and the Renaissance Sola Busca are all in the public domain. You can see them side by side, with their history, on the tarot study site, and copy any of them as your starting point.
We treat a card as a mirror, not a forecast: something to think with, never something to obey. In the few small controlled tests, people mostly could not pick out their own reading, and we would rather say that plainly than sell you a prediction.
